Adding a member
You can go directly to your insurer to add or remove employees and dependants from your policy however we recommend that you let us help you. We can guide you in respect of the best underwriting option for your new joiner and also on the likely impact on the group as a whole of adding the new member.
In the first instance could you please complete the form below;
If the employee is currently insured please send a copy of their current health insurance certificate that shows details of any personal health exclusions to email@example.com
If the employee is insured;
As soon as we’ve received the details we will obtain a premium from the insurer.
Removing a member
To remove a member email the customer service department of your insurer and copy us in at firstname.lastname@example.org
In respect of removing over age dependants this is normally dealt with during the annual renewal of the policy and does not need to be dealt with “mid-term”.
