Sales Support Administrator Required

We are a friendly team of 7 running a small health insurance brokerage based in Westfield, Midsomer Norton and due to expansion, we are looking for a full or part-time administrator. The position available is for an administrator with great customer service skills as you will be regularly required to help clients and liaise with our suppliers. Full-time hours are 37.5, part-time around 25 per week which could fit around school hours.

The person we are looking for will need to be a proactive, confident, outgoing, positive person with excellent IT skills and an eye for detail.

We are growing rapidly, and we operate from a friendly office in a relaxed yet efficient environment.

Salary will be prorated for part-time hours and will depend on experience. There is a company pension, plus health insurance benefits after a qualifying period.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our small office. You will support our advisers through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. You will be required to communicate via phone and email both with insurers and clients ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Skills required;

*High standard of written communication, verbal and numerical reasoning.

* Basic knowledge and ability to use computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel

* Great telephone manner and customer service skills

* Keen attention to detail with administrative experience

* Ability to diagnose problems/issues and to analyse information from a variety of sources and prioritise actions appropriately.

* Ability to plan and organise workload effectively.

Tasks;

*Requesting quotes from insurers for business schemes.

*Completing market research for individual and family plans.

*Placing applications with insurers.

*Setting up cash plans.

*Liaising with insurers to obtain renewal data and policy documents.

*Completing post-sale processes.

*Recording accurate details on to our internal CRM system.

*Answering incoming telephone calls.

*Dealing with day to day enquiries from clients and insurers
