We firmly believe that a deep understanding of an insurer’s ethos can only be gained from a visit and we’ve just completed a team experience day at Western Provident Association’s HQ.

Our administrative team were shown the whole journey that an application takes after it leaves our office and they had an opportunity to meet the “faces” behind the voices that they talk to when calling their counterparts in WPA. We were also shown the upcoming improvements that WPA are making with their claims process. WPA have clearly put a lot of thought into the potential dissatisfactions that a claimant could face and they are currently trialling a new process that they’ll unroll shortly.

What clearly comes across when you meet the WPA team is the overriding commitment that they all have to the concept of a mutual organisation which puts it’s members at the heart of all that they do.
